SPEAKER_01:

What's up, what's up, what's up? What's up? Today's another day. We back, y'all. We back. We here at the Digital Studios Podcast. I'm El. I'm Parrish. And today's show is about, Parrish,

SPEAKER_00:

what is it? Now you know, good and well. You

SPEAKER_01:

know

SPEAKER_00:

it, go ahead. I do. The name of our show today is Movies Are Roles That Your Favorite Actors Should Not Have Played.

SPEAKER_01:

That we think.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. Yeah. This is just our opinions.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah. We didn't like it. We also have our cleanup segment. You got good one this week? Open the door. And we got our movie segments. We might as well start it off. What's up, Harris? Let's go. How you been? Good. I can't complain. Yeah. You back, I see.

SPEAKER_00:

I ain't never went no way, man.

SPEAKER_01:

I know. The last standing. We the last standing.

SPEAKER_00:

The first to come. And what they say, the last to go.

SPEAKER_01:

Who said that?

SPEAKER_00:

The guy? You made

SPEAKER_01:

me sick. The last to come or the first to come.

SPEAKER_00:

First to come, the last to go.

SPEAKER_01:

Nah, the first to come, the first to go.

SPEAKER_00:

Not all the time. As you can see, I was the first to come, and I'm still here.

SPEAKER_01:

Nah, you're not getting it. You didn't get it yet. It went

SPEAKER_00:

over my head. I don't want to get it. That's not for our viewers to get either. Slackling.

SPEAKER_01:

Talk about. So, what you already do? Oh, boy. Well, let's get into the movie segment. What you been watching? So, the movie that I watched was called The Monkey. Oh, I've been seeing it. I've been seeing it pop up on my

SPEAKER_00:

own. Yeah, it's a horror film. Is it good? It has some of its moments where you really don't know what's about to happen next. When you think something big is about to happen and it doesn't. And then it has the moment where you're like, oh, ain't that going to happen? And then it's just blood spilled everywhere. Is it

SPEAKER_01:

one of those jumping, trying to scare you kind of movies?

SPEAKER_00:

Not really jump to try to scare you because it's like the monkey was an evil monkey. It was a toy

SPEAKER_01:

monkey.

SPEAKER_00:

And they didn't know. Well, it was twin brothers and they found the toy monkey. But they didn't know that once you wind the toy monkey up and the symbol started playing, if it was caught with the arm up, someone died.

SPEAKER_02:

Okay.

SPEAKER_00:

So it was like, you never know who was going to die.

SPEAKER_01:

Anybody can make a movie now.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah. But, uh, did you like it? Give it a, all right. Uh, rate it, rate it from one to five. I give it a three. Yeah. Yeah. It's halfway. Yeah. You'll watch it again.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, I will because each time I watch a movie over, I noticed something I didn't see the first time.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah. Uh, what else you been watching? Anything else?

SPEAKER_00:

That's it for my movies. I'm still watching The Handmaid's Tale. How many

SPEAKER_01:

episodes is that? It's six seasons. Six seasons? What did it originally come on? What was it on?

SPEAKER_00:

It's on Hulu is what I'm watching it on.

SPEAKER_01:

So is it a...

SPEAKER_00:

I think it's a Hulu original. I

SPEAKER_01:

was going to say, is it a Hulu original? Yeah, I believe so.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_01:

Well, what have I been watching? I've been watching Godfather of Harlem. um i might be well i think i am nah i'm not behind i'm one episode to the last and um i've been enjoying this season this season's cool but um it's so many things i wish i didn't know like i wish i didn't know uh what's his name what's the um

SPEAKER_00:

I'm not caught up on that one. The

SPEAKER_01:

guy with the eye. Who's the guy?

SPEAKER_00:

Oh, Forrest Whitaker. Forrest Whitaker, yeah. What about the guy with the eye? He ain't mean that, Forrest.

SPEAKER_01:

He's sick right now, I think. I think I read something where he has to rest almost all day just to get a couple hours of filming.

SPEAKER_00:

Wow.

SPEAKER_01:

And every single scene he's in, he's sitting down. Like he'll walk in, they'll cut camera, then he's sitting back down or he's leaning up against something.

SPEAKER_00:

So he's sick in real life?

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, real

SPEAKER_00:

life. Oh, okay. I thought it was just his role he playing.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, it's real life. And I haven't heard anything about it. I saw that one article somewhere. I don't even remember where I seen the article, but ever since I seen that, I see it now. So I've been watching that. That's pretty good. And the new season of BMF started. Nope. You didn't do that? No. Did you do any of the seasons of BMF? No. No? I'm surprised. It's a good show.

SPEAKER_00:

Nope, I didn't do none of those. Empire. No,

SPEAKER_01:

you can't. Don't put those in the same category.

SPEAKER_00:

None of the Raising Canaan's. Why?

SPEAKER_01:

No power?

SPEAKER_00:

No, no power.

SPEAKER_01:

None of the powers? Nope. Not even the first thing that everybody watched? Why? Why? I'm

SPEAKER_00:

just not interested in it.

SPEAKER_01:

How would you know? You didn't even watch it.

SPEAKER_00:

You're right. And I'm not going to watch it.

SPEAKER_01:

You're not? No. Godfather Harlem is, you know what it's about? No, it's about a person.

SPEAKER_00:

We know it's about a person.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh,

SPEAKER_00:

okay. That's so hella drugs.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah. So you just don't like the drug selling part of

SPEAKER_00:

it? Like it don't bother me because those type were legends. Like they... You might as well say created the game and the hustle that a lot of these youngins are trying to still follow. But, of course, the code has been broken a long time ago because they're not taking care of home or they're not taking care of their so-called workers.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, you're right about that,

SPEAKER_00:

I guess.

SPEAKER_01:

I guess you're right. And that's what I've been watching.

SPEAKER_00:

Sounds good. I mean, you know.

SPEAKER_01:

That's all I've been watching. Here and there stuff, I've been watching interviews and stuff like that, my regular stuff. That's it for movies. Let's get into it. How are we going to word this again? I'm going to let you say your first one and I'm going to say my first one. They're not in order, so we'll just go down the list. Movies you wish your favorite actor didn't... playing or acting or they didn't even make the movie. Whichever way you want to word it. It just sucked, basically. Movies you wish your favorite actor wouldn't have done. Give me your first one.

SPEAKER_00:

My first one was Doolittle with Robert Downey Jr. That was done in 2020.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh, okay. What was it about? Why didn't you like it? Because I didn't see it.

SPEAKER_00:

Because once you've seen the first Doolittle with Eddie Murphy, it's hard to come off of that. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. I remember. It's like the remake, and the remake wasn't nowhere near the original.

SPEAKER_01:

I remember now. Oh, yeah. They had a lot of graphics in that one, didn't they?

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, it was graphic. Like fake animals and stuff like that? Yeah, but the original one, you can't come close. I mean, it's just not.

SPEAKER_01:

Is that the original? The Eddie Murphy one's not the original.

SPEAKER_00:

But that was the best one. Okay. Of course, the one before that was like old, old.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, I got you. Yeah, I'm with you on that one. That was one of my possibles. It made my list. Because I thought about him, and then I thought about movies that he was in that we could have lived without, I could have lived without, was that and Chapman. He played Charlie Chapman.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. Once a Avenger, always a Avenger. That's all I see him in those roles. I can't see him in nothing else.

SPEAKER_01:

He was good in that, what was that movie where he had, I think, like the brother-in-law, it was a comedy. They was going across the town. They was going across the country or something like that. I don't know. I'm going to see if I can find it.

SPEAKER_00:

You look for it. Because I don't know off the top of my head. Now, I'm not a movie person like that. But music, bring it.

SPEAKER_01:

So, we will be doing that soon.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, bring it.

SPEAKER_01:

We need to do one. Songs... Don't

SPEAKER_00:

tell them. Don't tell them. Uh-uh. Uh-uh. Don't tell

SPEAKER_01:

them. All right. The name of that movie was Due Date. That was one that he could have left without. That's the curly-haired guy from Hangover. The

SPEAKER_00:

one that played Alan? Yes. Oh, yeah. Now, he's hilarious. It was him, too. It was

SPEAKER_01:

him, too. All right. Well, my movie I got on my list is Eddie Murphy... This was 1998, Eddie Murphy, Meet Dave. Never heard of it. Terrible. That's probably why I never heard of it. I mean, he had some other terrible ones, but that one right there, like, if you're looking at the worst Eddie Murphy movies and you're looking at a list of them, this is at the top of his worst because, what, Pluto Nash was another one.

SPEAKER_00:

Never heard of that one either.

SPEAKER_01:

For real?

SPEAKER_00:

Mm-hmm.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah. Don't worry. You're not missing anything.

SPEAKER_00:

Don't worry. I know. What else

SPEAKER_01:

you got? What you

SPEAKER_00:

got? Mad Max, 2015. Charlize Theron.

SPEAKER_01:

That's the one with Mel Gibson?

UNKNOWN:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00:

No, Mad Max. That's the one. I can't think of the males that played, but she played like this heroic woman that was going to save all of these people. It was sort of like, put you in the mind of Sodom and Gomorrah, where they were just killing people or whatever. I didn't like her in that. It was too male-ish for me. It made her too hardcore-ish for me. And she already looks kind of like a man. Tom Hardy. Yeah, she already looks kind of like a man.

SPEAKER_01:

Tom Hardy was the main character. Max, yeah. Yeah, yeah. Okay, I remember that. That was cool.

SPEAKER_00:

The movie was cool, but I just didn't like her playing that role as that. Like, they could have got a more hardish, really hardish looking character. woman because yeah yeah she already butchy looking

SPEAKER_01:

all right well sorry I'm going with uh Denzel Washington uh-oh all right give me do you have any Denzel Washington movies that not on my list no I don't have any in your head that like you know like that one sucked uh

SPEAKER_00:

no not with him

SPEAKER_01:

virtuosity Isn't he? Do you remember

SPEAKER_00:

that one? I sort of kind of remember that one, yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Because it's old. Yeah, it was like a Minority Report. Remember how Tom Cruise, I think Tom Cruise was in, I think it was Minority Report or something like that. But this was just like that. It was virtual and stuff like that. I wish they didn't have Denzel do it. Right. Or I wish Denzel didn't accept doing it.

SPEAKER_00:

It watered him down,

SPEAKER_01:

huh? Nah, nah, because Denzel could do anything. It's just, if I went to the movies to see this, I'd have been mad.

SPEAKER_00:

Did it through popcorn on your way out?

SPEAKER_01:

Should have left it on the seat. I left it on the seat. That was 1995. Yeah, I

SPEAKER_00:

figured it was old. All right, what you got? That whole scary movie. The original one from 2000. The Waynes Brothers. Left them. Yeah, no.

SPEAKER_01:

I guess for you. Yeah, no. You know what? I like scenes on it. It was funny when you sit there and watch it. So what actor you don't want in that movie?

SPEAKER_00:

It was just the Wayans Brothers. You just didn't

SPEAKER_01:

like the movie.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, I didn't. I didn't care for the scare movie. Okay. And then they kept making sequels.

SPEAKER_01:

Well, give me an actor that you didn't, your favorite actor from the movie that you didn't like. The Wayans Brothers. Both of them. Yeah. As one, just. Yeah. One and two. Yeah. All right. My next one is 2017, Hangman. Al Pacino. It was one of those crime... One of those crime movies.

SPEAKER_00:

Where he played an Italian.

SPEAKER_01:

No, he wasn't Italian, but he was... He don't even have to play Italian no more. He was just Al Pacino. The groggy, groggy voice. And he was a detective. And, you know, there was a... It was a serial killer named Hangman. He would leave, you know, clues and stuff like that. So... I wish they didn't have... I wish they wouldn't have used him in this movie. Like, if they would have used somebody else, then, hey, I wouldn't have watched it. But for one of my favorites, Al Pacino, to be in it, I thought it was going to be good. But, you know, it was cool the first time you see it, but it wasn't, to me, it wasn't an entertaining movie. It was more of a storyline movie. And that's mine.

SPEAKER_00:

What you got? Oh, I know everybody about to shoot me for this one.

SPEAKER_01:

Uh-oh.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. I'm sorry, y'all. But Soul Plane, 2004. Nah, you're

SPEAKER_01:

getting carried away. Just because you don't like the movie, that don't mean you can see the whole movie. I got to have the actor. I

SPEAKER_00:

said that movie... All the characters except Pops, Monique, and some

SPEAKER_01:

more. No, no, no, no. You're doing it all. You had gone too far.

SPEAKER_00:

Uh-uh. That's what I say. I know.

SPEAKER_01:

See, we got to go over these rules again.

SPEAKER_00:

No, we don't.

SPEAKER_01:

The title of today's

SPEAKER_00:

show is... The actors in that I did not like except... Name

SPEAKER_01:

your favorite actor you wish they didn't play that movie.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, that's what I say. All the ones that was in there except Pops, Monique, and some more.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh, boy. So you just changed the whole thing up? I hope the rest of your list ain't like this.

SPEAKER_00:

No, not really. All right.

SPEAKER_01:

So you didn't like Soul Plane? Nah, I didn't care for it. Not one scene?

SPEAKER_00:

That's why I said some of it was funny with those people that I called out. They had... Funnies.

SPEAKER_01:

Give me your funniest pops

SPEAKER_00:

scene. No.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah,

SPEAKER_00:

because I know which one it is. When he was on the back of the plane talking junk with some more. And then when they went out on the plane, because he was just a horny little old blind man.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh, okay. Well, at least it wasn't the scene I was thinking.

SPEAKER_00:

Which one was you thinking?

SPEAKER_01:

The baked potato. You remember that scene? Do you remember it? You don't

SPEAKER_00:

remember. If I'm laughing.

SPEAKER_01:

You don't remember that. Because that was a quick little scene. It was like, all right, the baked potato scene. You might know. I'm not going to say that on there. Yeah, we can't say it on there. I guess. Why are we still censoring ourselves now in season three of the Digital Studios podcast?

SPEAKER_00:

I don't know. I guess because we done got three years old.

SPEAKER_01:

I'm about to shoot. I'm about to turn it back up.

SPEAKER_00:

Well, let's go then. No, not yet. Maybe

SPEAKER_01:

after this next episode or something like that.

SPEAKER_00:

But you want to drive Miss Daisy right now. That's fine.

SPEAKER_01:

All right. My next one is 2004, Holly Berry and Catwoman. I figured it. That should be like number one for everybody. Like that movie was... I wanted it to be so much because I like Batman and... Was Michelle Pfeiffer? No, Michelle Pfeiffer was the Catwoman in the real Batman. There's somebody else that was in this movie that I can't remember who it was that was terrible. But either way, I just wish Holly Berry didn't do it.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, they set her up on that one.

SPEAKER_01:

Nah, she's almost expendable. Like, she's been in some bad movies before. This ain't the only one.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. I guess because it's just the name. When people hear Holly Berry, Holly Berry, Holly Berry, they running to go see it, whether it's good or not. So they made their money regardless because

SPEAKER_01:

it had Holly Berry in it. And the fact that it was Catwoman. You know, any superhero movie, everybody, you know, want to check it out. But that was my next one. Catwoman, Holly Berry, 2004. Goodbye. Yeah. What's next? Close the door. Yeah, what you got?

SPEAKER_00:

Trios. It came out in 2000. Was

SPEAKER_01:

that her movie?

SPEAKER_00:

No. If you're speaking French, would they call it a threesome in

SPEAKER_01:

French? Nah, you messing the whole game up. We about to cut this whole

SPEAKER_00:

show off. Well, that's the name.

SPEAKER_01:

You can't say this. Okay, so what actor you didn't like in it?

SPEAKER_00:

Kenya Moore. Kenya Moore. She's not no actor. Well, she was in

SPEAKER_01:

this.

SPEAKER_00:

You got to go look. It's from 2000.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh,

SPEAKER_00:

I know

SPEAKER_01:

the movie.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh, I bet you do. But she played in it and they could have kept her out of it.

SPEAKER_01:

So you changed the whole thing up. I

SPEAKER_00:

did not.

SPEAKER_01:

I'm telling you. You did. We're supposed to be bringing up our favorite actors and movies they shouldn't have played in. So Kenya Moore is your favorite

SPEAKER_00:

actor? No. Okay. But that's a movie that she shouldn't have played in because I had liked the movie. But she messed it up.

SPEAKER_01:

Talk about messed it up. Somebody else messed the whole show up now. Matter of fact, hold on.

SPEAKER_00:

See, that ain't right because I can't hear it.

SPEAKER_01:

I did like that movie, though, and it was called

SPEAKER_00:

Twa. Yeah, it was. I mean, it just goes to show you what happens when you get bored and you decide to invite somebody else into your romantic life like that. Why do you have to be

SPEAKER_01:

bored to do that?

SPEAKER_00:

Because most of the time you are bored.

SPEAKER_01:

No, I don't think so.

SPEAKER_00:

Or if those two people are vibing on that same level, then yeah. But for the most part, a lot of times people do that because they just want to spice it up. Like they done tired of the old same old, same old. That's what white people say. And they just looking for something else. So they use that as a reason to.

SPEAKER_01:

That's white people's excuse to it.

SPEAKER_00:

Well, what's

SPEAKER_01:

the niggas excuse then? We freaks. We trying to get a ditty party going.

SPEAKER_00:

So you think black people more freaky than white people? I

SPEAKER_01:

beg to differ. I think they're the same, but.

SPEAKER_00:

You ain't about to put no sister in no all leather talking about beating her and choking her and tying her up and all that crazy stuff. You're not doing it. Yeah, some of them you are. Yeah, something wrong with them. I guarantee you. Yeah, I'm sure it's something in every culture, yeah. What they call that? But majority of BDSM. But majority of them is not going to do that.

SPEAKER_01:

So I don't want to get off subject. So you think white people are more... Freakier than black people?

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, because they let you choke them and stick stuff in every whole cavity that they got. You ain't about to do that with no sister. You about to hear some words first. How do you know this? We ain't about to do that. Okay. Yeah, just because you got some black porn ones that's doing it does not mean where did it start from. Because Keisha is not about to let you stick no semen in her hair.

SPEAKER_01:

That's a fetish? That's one of the ones? Okay. Well, we're going to get on to my next.

SPEAKER_00:

Yes, let's go to the next movie.

SPEAKER_01:

My next favorite actor. My next favorite actor I wish they didn't play in has to be Arnold Schwarzenegger. In what? From 1997, Batman and Robin. He was Mr. Freeze. Now, when the movie came out, I went to the movie to see it. And I really, I liked the movie at the time for some reason. I don't know if it was because I was young, but I liked Arnold Schwarzenegger's role in the movie at the time. But now, if you put that movie on right now,

SPEAKER_00:

trash.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00:

He's just too big and

SPEAKER_01:

bulky for stuff. No, he did it for, like, he was perfect for the role, but it was like, every time... He come on the scene He would say like a A corny catchphrase He jumped on the scene He was like Everybody chill And he's spraying a ray gun and freezing people and he kept on saying, chill, chill. And he's doing that.

SPEAKER_00:

But that ain't him who had it. It's who wrote it.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, but he played it. I wish he didn't.

SPEAKER_00:

Who else would you have

SPEAKER_01:

had? I don't know. That wasn't it. What else was it? Oh yeah, when he busted after he froze everybody and was leaving out, I think. You know what he said? What? Cool party. So, at the time, it was entertaining. I liked it. But now, that is ridiculous. My God, today. All right. Parrish. What? Please word this one right.

SPEAKER_00:

I'm probably going to lose this one again, too.

SPEAKER_01:

No, please word it right. Just for the sake of the

SPEAKER_00:

radio show. Whatever. Head of State, Chris Rock.

SPEAKER_01:

Chris Rock.

SPEAKER_00:

2003.

SPEAKER_01:

I'll give you that one.

SPEAKER_00:

Thank you.

SPEAKER_01:

That's a good one.

SPEAKER_00:

Thank

SPEAKER_01:

you. But... When did you not like it? When I first saw it. When you first saw it, right? Now, watch it now. Like, if it comes on TV, go ahead and watch it a little bit, and you might enjoy it. Because when I first saw it, I was like, man, this is trash.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Because at the time, Chris Rock was so big, you wanted him to be like a Martin show, like a Martin movie.

UNKNOWN:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Not all Martin movies. But you wanted to be like, you know, that comedian that, you know, had that funny movie. And that wasn't it. You're right. Yeah. You got that one. Yeah. Well, all right. Well, my next one is, speaking of Martin.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh, not Welcome Home, Roscoe Jenkins.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh, I forgot about that one. I don't know if I would have gave that to Martin or would have gave that to Cedric the Entertainer. Because Cedric was in that, right?

SPEAKER_00:

Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

That was when he was coming home for the cookout or some shit.

SPEAKER_00:

And you had...

SPEAKER_01:

Bow Wow. Is that the one where he was in the Escalator? The red truck?

SPEAKER_00:

Because they had to be on I-10 by 10.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah. Trash.

SPEAKER_00:

No, that was... That wasn't Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins. I think that was... Not Kingdom Come.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh, yeah, it might have been Kingdom Come.

SPEAKER_00:

Look it up. I would. Well,

SPEAKER_01:

this is my phone. I mean, this is my... You got time to look.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay, I'm

SPEAKER_01:

looking. 2005. Rebound. Martin Lawrence played... He had to be a basketball coach. It's just like all the other ones. The losing team... Never won a game and then they get Martin in there and he falls in love with the kids and they win the last game. Just like all the regulars. Martin saved it. And also I gave him another one. Just a little slash. 2001 Black Knight. You remember that one? Yes. Trash. Very.

SPEAKER_00:

When he traveled back in medieval time. Yes. No. No. Sorry, Martin.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, I gave him two. I'm sorry. I skipped along. All

SPEAKER_02:

right.

SPEAKER_01:

What else you got? Give me one more and then we go into the next segment.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay. Give me one more. Obsessed, 2009. Okay. Beyonce.

SPEAKER_01:

Beyonce? Yeah. No. Obsessed. Yep. Obsessed.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh, no.

SPEAKER_01:

I like

SPEAKER_00:

that

SPEAKER_01:

movie. Uh-uh. Uh-uh. So many people didn't like her acting

SPEAKER_00:

in that movie. Yeah, I don't like her period.

SPEAKER_01:

You don't like her acting or you don't like her? I

SPEAKER_00:

don't like her acting. Yeah? I don't listen to her records either, but no.

SPEAKER_01:

So it's not your favorite actor?

SPEAKER_00:

I didn't like her in that movie.

SPEAKER_01:

Okay. So did you like her in, what's that movie? Cadillac Records? Of

SPEAKER_00:

course. I mean, yeah, because it's something that she does, which is singing.

SPEAKER_01:

She killed it in Cadillac Records.

SPEAKER_00:

But Obsessed, that fighting roles and all that, you can tell that it was fake

SPEAKER_01:

with her. The angry black woman?

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, that wasn't, no. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah. All right. That's a good one because a lot of people don't like her acting because of that movie, I think it was.

SPEAKER_00:

It sucked.

SPEAKER_01:

All right. 2024 Ray Liotta. Uh, 1990, 1992 is the name of the movie with Tyrese. Trash. I'm sorry. Um, I got a friend that's in the movie. He, he, um, I, well, it's not a friend, but as somebody I know that was in the movie and, uh, He had a big role in the movie. And I really watched it just to see him and Tyrese. But the movie wasn't that good. I'm sorry.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

She would have kept that one. Wish they would have kept it. Are you still looking it up?

SPEAKER_00:

No, I found it. So the movie that we were thinking about, but it wasn't Martin in it, it was Steve Harvey and Cedric Entertainer on Johnson's Family Reunion.

SPEAKER_01:

Johnson's Family Reunion.

SPEAKER_00:

When he had to be on I-10 by 10. Yeah, yeah,

SPEAKER_01:

yeah. You right. You right. Yep.

SPEAKER_00:

And

SPEAKER_01:

I guess you know what time it is, right?

SPEAKER_00:

What

SPEAKER_01:

time

SPEAKER_00:

it is. What time

SPEAKER_01:

it

SPEAKER_00:

is.

SPEAKER_01:

Looking at my roll is about that time. It's clean up time. It is. Clean up time is... I got a couple. You do? Yeah. Clean up time is, if you're new to the show, we talk about a couple things that we wish people would do away with.

SPEAKER_00:

How many I get to do this time? I only did one last episode. You only

SPEAKER_02:

did

SPEAKER_00:

one? Yeah. Well, two, but they all fit together. Well,

SPEAKER_01:

today you can do too.

SPEAKER_00:

Yay.

SPEAKER_01:

Well, go ahead and start it out.

SPEAKER_00:

All right. I know the black community is going to dislike me for a minute, but guess what? I don't care. Why the coloreds? Why the colored folks? The coloreds. The negros.

SPEAKER_01:

The

SPEAKER_00:

negros. Because this is nigga shit. Okay, go ahead. This is what they do. And you know it's them when you see them. Black folks. Please stop putting them big rims and that Crayola paint on these nice vehicles. You go get a Porsche. Do not put 30s on it. And then you got flip-flop riding down the road. Some stuff are made to stay factory.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, you're right.

SPEAKER_00:

It makes it look bad.

SPEAKER_01:

You're right.

SPEAKER_00:

But y'all thinking it looks good and it doesn't. It... It shows the mentality of you. It shows that you ain't used to having nothing. And, you know, if you want to be with that status of people, you have to act like that status of people. And you're not pulling up in the parking lot with no 30-inch rims on your vehicle and it changing from purple to green to orange. You're like, no, stop it. Stop it.

SPEAKER_01:

It's perfect for bike week.

SPEAKER_00:

That's bike week.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, that's good.

SPEAKER_00:

But you can't expect nobody to take you serious when you pull up to that big firm and you riding in that. Who?

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, you can't go to the banquet in that car, right?

SPEAKER_00:

You can go, but they know who's driving it.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh, that's just Tyrone. Exactly.

UNKNOWN:

Exactly.

SPEAKER_00:

No. Some stuff is just left. Leave it to the old schools. That's fine. You get your little 84 Elantra and you rim it up and paint it up. That's normal. But please, please just stop. Because I see a couple of them around here. Please just stop.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh, they're still around?

SPEAKER_00:

Yes. Oh, they're

SPEAKER_01:

still out? Yes.

SPEAKER_00:

That's what's making me say it. Okay. What else you got? The next one. These three vehicles... Please find some place and sit your ass down. You always want to race. Every time I'm on the road, it's always a Nissan, a Hyundai, and a goddamn Kia. Please stop. Oh, man. Dang. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Dang, that hurts. Stop.

SPEAKER_00:

Dang. No, it doesn't hurt.

SPEAKER_01:

It's the truth. Most of those are teenagers though, right?

SPEAKER_00:

It be grown people too. It's like... The instant they pull up beside you, they want to race. Okay, Kia, with your K5, you still will get spanked. I mean, if you don't explode in midair first. Hyundai, you know, y'all will get spanked too with your new little Sportages and your little Santa Fe's and all the little things. If your engine don't fall out first. I mean... Hey, I'm just saying.

SPEAKER_01:

Dang, that was a tough one. That was another bad

SPEAKER_00:

one. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Well, it's time. You ready to hear mine? Yes. What you cleaning up? We are going to start it off with people. Please do not be standing in, let's say, the DMV. On social media with your volume all the way up. Oh, my gosh. You sitting there watching bum fights or just some world star footage in the middle of the DMV with your volume up. Please, let's stop that. Please. Do not. All right. My next one, another social media situation. Uh-oh. If you have a baby mother, a baby father, don't air laundry out about them and then next week be hanging out with them talking about, oh, they're just the best. They do it all

SPEAKER_00:

the time.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, but don't do it every month.

SPEAKER_00:

That means that's a toxic relationship and y'all just need to split.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_00:

Stay split.

SPEAKER_01:

Let's clean up. Yeah. And that concludes my Let's Clean Up time. Yes. All right. Well, that concludes this week's show. Parrish.

SPEAKER_00:

Yes.

SPEAKER_01:

Send us out of here, please.

SPEAKER_00:
